Just What I Need.. A Deep Fryer

I helped a friend of the family move. My mom brought up me cooking more, and got into fried prawns, chicken, and zucchini. So in turn I received a brand new never used 4 liter, 3 tray deep fryer. This thing retailed around eighty bucks. Good pickup. Yet I do have this weight issue & we all know things frying in canola oil is uber “healthy”.
